Determining Custody

When a Parent Wants to Move out of State
In general, when a parent moves out of state the children must live with one parent during the school year and the other over the summer holiday. During long weekends and vacations, children may also wish to spend time with the non-custodial parent. We look at matters from the outset in order to resolve them in a timely manner.
